STRENGTH TRAINING

Already have a solid weightlifting routine? Great! Come in and use our free weights ranging from barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and our multi-functional cable trainer. If you prefer to stick with strength machines then we have you covered there as well! We are the best open gym in Chapin and we are fully equipped with every piece of equipment you need to help you put on more lean muscle mass or hit your next personal record!

Searching for a healthy community? Join us for our group exercise classes. You’ll have fun and be challenged at your level. Our group exercise classes will help you build a strong body and mind by challenging you in different ways. Our classes range from yoga to cycle to advanced full body so that no matter where you are starting from in your fitness journey we have something for you.

Are you tired of program hopping and searching for answers to how to reach your goals? Our trainers are here to help you by talking with you about your goals, and creating a customized plan for you. We know that one size doesn’t fill all, so we customize everything… your workouts, your nutritional guidance, your training calendar, and even where your trainings take place (our gym floor, our private studios, our back yard area). When you personal train with us, you have a team supporting you!

Our team will work with you to help you understand what your daily intake of protein, carbs, fat and veggies should be, and guide you to the optimal way of eating for you. SOZO KID's Cove

At Sozo Fitness, for a small additional fee, we offer safe and fun care for kids ages 3 months to 10 years while parents are working out. Kids Cove hours: Mon-Thurs 8-10:30am & 4-7:00pm, Friday 8-10:30am, Saturday 8-10:30am.

Total Body Conditioning

Total Body Conditioning is an interval-based cardio class that uses light to medium hand weights and body weight resistance to perform toning and strengthening exercises to get a full body workout.

Sozo Sixty Plus

Designed specifically for folks aged 60 and up, this is a level friendly full body workout that incorporates strength training, balance and light cardio.

Total Body Conditioning Express

This 45 minute class is a full body workout that focuses on strengthening and toning muscles through Plyometric, body weight and hand weight exercises.

 

Cycle CLASSES

Cycle is a music-driven, cardiovascular workout on a bike. It elevates your heart rate (and your spirits) while burning fat, calories, and maybe a bit of mental baggage too.

HIIT TRAINING

HIIT weaves together total body strength exercises, high intensity interval training (HIIT), and a cardio.

FIT FOR LIFE

Fit for Life is for all ages and fitness levels. This is a head to toe workout that includes warmup, cardio, strength, balance, core and stretching.

Pilates

Pilates is a low impact class intended to strengthen the core and improve range of motion through mostly, but not limited to, body weight exercises.

Pilates HIIT

Also known as PHIIT, this class mixes Pilates based core work with cardio and strength intervals.

Cardio Dance

Come dance away stresses to a variety of hip hop, latin, and top 40 at Cardio Dance. This fun 60 minute class is perfect for all fitness levels. Show up, enjoy great energetic music, DANCE and leave feeling energized.

 

Weights/CYCLE/Weights

This class starts with 30 minutes of weights, followed by 30 minutes of Cycle, followed by 30 minutes of weights. Choose what time you want to start and which segments you want to take.

F.I.T. Camp

Fun Interval Training Camp is a challenging and fun interval strength and endurance class. It includes agility ladders, tires, battle ropes, sleds and other toys. This class is held outside in our back yard area- weather permitting.

Barre Blend

Barre Blend is a fun class for all fitness levels that incorporates different modalities including the ballet barre, bender balls, light weights, and other fun elements for a total body workout.

Bend, Breathe, and Burn

Also known as DDPYoga, this class incorporates yoga positions with dynamic resistance, old school calisthenics and rehab exercises. This is a great class for all fitness levels, but this ain’t your mama’s yoga! Find out more at https://ddpyoga.com/

Barre

Barre is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body. In addition to building strength, this full-body workout also develops agility and flexibility. Each barre class is designed to be a full-body, muscle endurance workout. This class will help improve endurance, balance, range of motion and posture.

POUND

POUND is a cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing fun of playing the drums. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix, lightly-weighted drumsticks, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels and easy to modify, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, improving your health and rocking out!

DDP Yoga

DDP Yoga is a program started by Pro Wrestling Hall of famer Diamond Dallas Page after he suffered an injury to his back. In an effort to heal, he tried yoga.  He didn’t like it, but he loved the way it was helping him. So, he incorporated some of the yoga positions with dynamic resistance, old school calisthenics and rehab exercises. Power Hour

This class is a full body workout that focuses on strengthening and toning muscles through Plyometric, body weight and hand weight exercises.

KICK & LIFT

This high energy workout combines fun kick boxing moves with strength training using body weight and hand weights. You’ll build stamina and improve coordination and flexibility.

GETTING STARTED IS EASY!

1. SCHEDULE YOUR FIRST VISIT

We will set up a convenient time for you to meet with a member of our staff who will give you a tour of our gym, go over our class schedule, and answer any questions you may have.

2. Start your healthy journey

We will spend time chatting with you to help you determine the best path based on your goals. We can guide you on which of our classes to start with, give you tips for using the equipment on the gym floor, or set up a complimentary Fit3d scan and personal training consultation. Our goal is to set you up for success.
